The Delivery Performance Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights to support delivery commitments and will collaborate with various teams to enhance delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- The Delivery Performance Analyst acts as the Line of Business (LOB) 'Data‑Driven Watchdog' once a purchase order (PO) has been released
- By transforming raw transactional and data into clear, actionable insights, the analyst ensures that all delivery commitments are communicated efficiently to support LOB programs expectations
- This role partners closely with MPMs, procurement, program management and supplier teams to drive continuous improvement in delivery performance and risk mitigation
Skills
- 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline
- Proficiency with SAP, Excel and data‑visualization tools (Tableau)
- Ability to travel
- FAR / DFAR experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform root‑cause analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment

- Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
- Alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
