They are currently seeking a Junior Data Management Analyst to provide Data Analysis and Data Base Management support to the U.S. Navy.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor data submissions
- Provide status reporting on data submissions as defined by the statement of work (SOW)
- Receive, handle, and transfer classified data via hard copy or by electronic means
- Review and consolidate functional change and enhancement requests for the database
- Provide a quality check to verify proper incorporation of all approved changes to the baseline documents
- Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC’s clients
Skills
- Minimum One (1) year of experience in Data Analysis/Management or combined two years of experience in two or more of the following areas: Data Management, Planning, organizing, completing, analyses, studies, and procedures
- Associate's degree from an institution accredited in the United States
- Active DOD Secret security clearance is required
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
- Attend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as required
