As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce systems, working closely with merchants, stores, and other stakeholders to resolve price change-related issues and queries. Key Responsibilities
- Review and accurately enter price change requests received from merchant organizations into our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems.
- Identify and rectify price change discrepancies, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Understand complex promotional price changes and their impact on our systems, ensuring seamless execution.
- Enter store-submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Manage promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable (AP) to reopen Point of Sale (Pos) for invoice submission, ensuring timely processing.
- Review and analyze weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests for item maintenance and creation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required, showcasing a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
- 1-2 years of related experience in data entry or a similar role, showcasing your ability to work with data and ecommerce systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, to efficiently manage and analyze data.
- Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and resolve issues.
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality, ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
- Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, or similar ecommerce platforms.
- Knowledge of data management best practices and data quality principles.
- Familiarity with retail operations and ecommerce processes, demonstrating an understanding of the industry.
