We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring data integrity. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting various departments by providing timely and accurate data collection and management.

Duties

Enter and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.

Perform regular data verification and validation to ensure data integrity.

Organize and maintain physical and electronic files for easy retrieval.

Assist with clerical tasks such as typing reports, memos, and correspondence.

Collect data from various sources and compile it into structured formats.

Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and organization of information.

Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.

Respond to inquiries regarding data entries or discrepancies as needed.

Qualifications

Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.

Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Basic math skills for accurate data handling.

Experience with file management, both physical and digital.

Strong clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
