As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping the data-driven future of the company by analyzing trends, designing dashboards, and collaborating on experiments to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally to identify trends that guide our global business strategy
- Design scalable, self-serve dashboards (Looker/Tableau) that help your teammates make faster, smarter decisions
- Lead efforts to streamline data collection and translate complex business needs into clear data products
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to run A/B tests that directly influence our user experience
Skills
- 2+ years in data or product analytics
- Proficiency in SQL is required
- An ability to see both the granular details and the 'big picture' of a luxury marketplace
- You thrive when succeeding together and can succinctly exchange ideas with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Math, Econ, Business) or equivalent practical experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; employer sponsorship is not available. We are not sponsoring H-1B, OPTs, or other visa categories for this role
- Familiarity with Python or dbt is a plus; we value your ability to listen and learn new tools
