The Customer Success Manager will lead logistics and support Life Sciences marketing programs in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance and maximizing ROI.
Responsibilities
- Managing marketing programs from concept through wrap-up, including logistics, timelines, materials, and supplier coordination
- Working in a highly regulated, compliance-focused environment and making sure program activity aligns with client and regulatory guidelines
- Turning program data into useful reporting, including budget tracking, aggregate spend support, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Building strong relationships with clients, service providers, and internal teams while confidently advising on best practices and process improvements
- Handling multiple deadlines at once, staying organized under pressure, and solving issues quickly and effectively
Skills

- Experience supporting Life Sciences or Pharma programs and familiarity with marketing models in that space
- Knowledge of HCP contracting, documentation collection, debarment checks, honoraria, and expense payment processes
- Strong Excel skills and confidence creating reports, tracking financial details, and maintaining accurate program data
- A four-year college degree and at least three years of experience in marketing management, logistics, or operations
- A sharp eye for detail, polished communication skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach
