Zabota is a fast-growing Facebook Group marketing agency with over 300 active clients, focusing on local service and small business owners. The Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of clients, managing relationships and ensuring the success of campaigns executed by their pod.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding calls, monthly strategy meetings, and reporting calls with client business owners
- Handling escalations before they become churn
- Managing your Project Managers and Account Managers: reviewing strategy, checking delivery quality, keeping the pod accountable
- Driving retention, reviews, referrals, and upsells across your book
Skills
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services at a marketing agency or service business
- Experience managing a pod, a small team, or cross-functional delivery
- Understanding of social media marketing or online communities
- Experience running or growing a Facebook Group for a business, side hustle, or community
- Experience working with clients who are business owners
