Position Overview – HomeCare Sales Specialist I (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and results‑oriented HomeCare Sales Specialist I to join our Pre‑Care team. This remote role serves as the first point of contact for prospective patients and caregivers, guiding them through the enrollment process for careerzynith’s CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) and LHCSA (Long‑Term Home Care Services Act) offerings. The specialist will convert inbound inquiries—whether via phone, email, or chat—into qualified service records (SRs) that move quickly toward authorized care.

While the position is primarily remote, occasional travel to the nearest careerzynith hub or office for collaborative meetings, training sessions, or team‑building events may be required.
