- Respond to customer questions and issues via call, chat, and email
- Help customers understand and get value from our service and products
- Support the sales team by qualifying leads and following up with prospects
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex or technical issues and pain points to the right team
- Follow up to make sure customers are satisfied
