They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers with inquiries about products, services, or company policies
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with processing orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Segoso Caribbean's products and services to offer accurate information and solutions to customers
- Ensure that every interaction with the customer is positive, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
- Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, and management) to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other customer service tools
- Able to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Strong ability to resolve issues creatively and professionally
- Proficiency in English
- Successful background check and drug screening
- Experience in a call center environment
- Experience with call center software
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish
