After completing the initial training (Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4:30 pm CST), you will be assigned a full‑time, 40‑hour work week. Shifts run Monday‑Friday within the window of 7:30 am‑6:30 pm CST, allowing flexibility to accommodate personal commitments. Weekend work is only required for overtime opportunities, not as a regular expectation.
