**Requirements:**
* **18 Years of Age or Older**: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Demonstrate a strong foundation in education
* **Minimum of 1 Year in a Single Job, Preferably in a Call Center Customer Service Environment**: Show your commitment to customer service and your ability to thrive in a call center setting
* **Reliable Attendance with No Missed Time in the First 90 Days**: Demonstrate your commitment to punctuality and attendance
* **Ability to Type 25 Wpm**: Meet the minimum typing requirement for this role
* **Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills**: Deliver clear, concise, and compassionate service to every caller
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems**: Familiarize yourself with our systems and tools to deliver seamless service
* **Hardwired Internet Connection with Speeds Greater than 5MB Upload and 10MB Download**: Ensure a stable and secure internet connection
