Remote CSR ($20 - Equipment NOT Provided) (April Start Date)

Hiring 20 Remote Call Center Representatives for a 3-month Contract Assignment with TEKsystems starting in APRIL!

EQUIPMENT NOT PROVIDED - MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP/COMPUTER, EXTRA MONITOR & HEADSET!

Job Details:
• Will make 200 phone calls daily on an autodialer (will leave many voicemails)
• Handle inbound, outbound, and email communication.
• The rep will contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate.

Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Equipment NOT provided - Must have own equipment – laptop/computer, extra monitor and headset

Other Details:

Schedule: 9am-5pm EST Mon-Fri, 30 minute lunch + 2 15 minute unpaid break = total of 37.5 hours a week
• Start Dates: APRIL 4TH!
• Contract position through February/early March (potential for extension)
