Trucordia is a rapidly growing insurance brokerage that is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for their automotive insurance division. This role focuses on client acquisition and relationship growth, requiring strong networking capabilities and a proven track record in B2B sales and client management.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new automotive dealership accounts
- Forecast objectives for yourself and for dealerships
- Track and monitor performance
- Develop F&I product sales and improve overall F&I performance
- Implement policies and procedures for newly acquired business
- Conduct sales presentations
- Conduct dealership staff training for sales, service and accounting departments
Skills
- Two years of F&I, sales manager, or general manager experience
- Extensive knowledge of automobile dealership operations/processes
- Excellent presentation, communication (written and verbal), and sales skills
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Learn to use the company CRM
- Extensive travel within assigned territory
- Reliable transportation
- Must be a team player, as well as a self-starter able to work independently
