They are seeking an experienced contract recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for low voltage and data center construction positions nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for low voltage, structured cabling, fiber optic, and data center construction positions
- Sourced qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry outreach
- Screened resumes, conducted phone interviews, and evaluated candidates based on technical skills and project experience
- Partnered with hiring managers and project teams to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring efforts
- Coordinated interviews, offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding for new hires
- Built and maintained talent pipelines for technicians, lead technicians, foremen, project managers, superintendents, and field operations personnel
- Maintained accurate candidate records and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Ensured a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and timely follow-up
- Supported high-volume hiring initiatives to meet project deadlines across multiple locations
- Stayed current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices for skilled trades and mission-critical construction
Skills
- Experienced construction/skilled trades recruiter
