Position Summary
The Remote Contact Center Chat Representative is the front‑line digital ambassador for careerzynith. In this role, you will engage members through chat, messaging, email, and occasional phone calls, providing swift resolutions on a wide range of banking topics—from debit‑card inquiries and dispute management to account opening and fund transfers. You will also act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to cross‑sell careerzynith products and services, while ensuring each interaction reflects our core values of respect, empathy, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Member Interaction: Respond to inbound member inquiries via live chat, secure messaging, email, and text, delivering accurate information and solutions within established service level agreements.
- Transaction Support: Assist members with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, external transfers, mobile check deposits, and bill payments, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Dispute & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve disputes, NSF fee inquiries, and other account‑related concerns, escalating complex cases to senior specialists when necessary.
- Product Knowledge & Promotion: Maintain expert‑level familiarity with careerzynith’s full suite of digital banking products—including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, and new member onboarding—and proactively recommend relevant solutions that meet each member’s financial goals.
- Account Opening & Closing: Guide members through the end‑to‑end process of opening new deposit accounts (checking, savings, money market) and closing existing accounts, ensuring all regulatory documentation is completed accurately.
- Cross‑Sell & Upsell: Identify sales opportunities during conversations, present tailored product recommendations, and capture leads for follow‑up by the sales team.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately log all interactions in careerzynith’s CRM system, update member profiles, and generate daily performance reports for continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications
