Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide therapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
• Stay informed on best practices and developments in social work and mental health.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in North Carolina.
• Experience in a clinical setting, preferably within community health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
