Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress. Manage client cases, coordinating care with other providers as needed. Educate clients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential electronic health records. Adhere to all ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice. Participate in virtual team meetings and case consultations. Stay informed about current best practices in mental health and telehealth. Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or equivalent license in the US. Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience. Proficiency with various electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, diagnostic criteria (DSM-5), and treatment modalities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
