Position Overview
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences? We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our growing remote team as Remote Client Travel Advisors
In this role, you will assist clients with exploring vacation possibilities, organizing travel arrangements, and navigating the planning process for a variety of travel experiences. Whether a traveler is considering a tropical getaway, cruise vacation, family trip, or overseas adventure, you'll help ensure their plans come together smoothly and efficiently.
This opportunity offers the flexibility of working from home while developing valuable skills in client support, travel coordination, and relationship management. No prior travel industry experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients to learn about their travel interests, priorities, and expectations
Present vacation options that align with individual preferences, schedules, and budgets
Assist with coordinating travel services including accommodations, flights, cruises, transfers, and activities
Provide guidance and information to support confident travel decisions
Manage client communications through email, phone, and virtual platforms
Coordinate booking requests and reservation details with travel suppliers
Track itinerary information and ensure travel records remain organized and accurate
Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier updates, and travel promotions
Support clients throughout the planning process and reservation lifecycle
Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience at every stage
Qualifications
Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, or client-facing roles
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Basic proficiency with computers, online tools, and digital communication platforms
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring regions
Previous travel industry experience is not required; training is provided
