United Solutions is an EU-based IT services provider headquartered in Krakow, Poland, and they are seeking a Chief Marketing & Sales Officer to lead their global revenue growth strategy. This role involves building a high-performing sales and marketing organization and expanding the company's market presence across North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a North American growth strategy to scale company revenue toward $100M+ annually
- Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing Sales and Marketing organization across the USA and Canada
- Identify, pursue, and close strategic enterprise-level opportunities and partnerships
- Expand the company's market presence and brand recognition throughout North America
- Establish and grow relationships with C-level executives, owners, founders and VPs
- Leverage an existing network and portfolio of clients to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting and solution design through negotiation and contract execution
- Define and execute marketing strategy, including positioning, branding, demand generation, and GTM initiatives
- Implement revenue forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and performance reporting to create a predictable growth engine
Skills
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- 5+ years in executive-level sales, marketing, or revenue leadership roles
- Demonstrated success scaling service-based technology organizations from approximately $5M to $100M+ annual revenue
- Proven track record selling technology consulting services, staff augmentation services, AI and automation solutions, digital transformation solutions, custom software development
- Extensive executive-level network across the United States and Canada
- Strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities through existing professional relationships
