[Remote] Central Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with existing customers to offer the best solutions for their specific needs, including cross-selling products
• Provide timely responses to inquiries via phone and email
• Process certificates, handle endorsements and binder requests for personal lines insurance policies
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction

Skills

• At least one year of property and casualty insurance experience in central region states
• Active property and casualty insurance license
• Located in Central Time
• Servicing existing policyholders and successful track record in customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively function at a high level in a virtual work environment
