Job description: $31 per hourAs a Remote Call Center Agent at Prime Easily Dental, you will play a critical role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and pleasant experience from the very first contact. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing support to both our patients and dental team.Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently using our electronic scheduling system- Provide accurate information about our services, fees, and insurance coverage to patients- Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns, escalating to the appropriate team member as needed- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth flow of operations- Make outbound calls to follow up with patients, confirm appointments, and gather feedback on their experience- Maintain a high level of customer service, actively listening to patient needs and addressing them promptly and efficiently- Keep accurate records of patient interactions and employ effective documentation procedures- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targetsRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using computer systems and electronic scheduling software- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and support our mission of accessible and affordable dental care for all
