Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lumina is a luxury vacation rental management company seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow their portfolio. The role involves building relationships, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, public property data, and company-provided sales tools, including AirDNA, Zillow, Apollo, and PropStream
- Build relationships with luxury homeowners, real estate professionals, investors, and referral partners
- Schedule and conduct owner consultations
- Educate homeowners on Lumina’s luxury vacation rental management services and value proposition
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow-ups in Close CRM
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new owner
- Report directly to the Founder/CEO and play a key role in helping shape Lumina’s growth
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, networking, and consultative sales
- Organized and able to manage a sales pipeline
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury sales, SaaS, or other consultative sales is a plus—but not required
