Skills
- Experience with lead generation and managing a sales or prospecting pipeline, with a focus on achieving measurable targets
- Ability to conduct structured market research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business development strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships remotely
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong time management, organization, and follow-through
- Experience using CRM and productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management is preferred; experience in the company's target industry is a plus
