As a Remote Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our team—delivering high-quality clinical oversight both virtually and in-person, while inspiring growth, resilience, and meaningful outcomes for our clients.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Duties
• Provide remote and in-person supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), offering mentorship, guidance, and compassionate leadership.
• Design and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct virtual assessments, parent training, and team collaboration sessions.
• Support families through consistent communication and guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
• Promote a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification through the BACB
• Active state licensure (LBA) as required
• Master's or Doctorate in ABA or related field
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred before start date)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills across virtual and in-person settings
• Reliable transportation for any required in-home visits
