Remote Customer Service Representatives (50 Openings!) | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
We are currently hiring 50 Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a fast-paced healthcare enrollment program. This is a great opportunity for individuals with call center experience who are looking for stability, growth, and meaningful work—all from home.
Role Overview
You’ll be assisting clients with healthcare enrollment services, educating them on managed care options, and ensuring accurate processing of enrollment/disenrollment forms.
Pay Rates
• $17/hr – English & Spanish (no differential)
• $18/hr – Multilingual roles (Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Creole, Korean)
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking the assigned language
Schedule
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
• Full-time availability required during training & operations
Training
• 4 weeks of full-time mandatory training
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Attendance is required for success in the role
Requirements
• 1–2 years call center experience (required)
• Strong typing skills (35 WPM)
• Basic computer proficiency (Windows 10 required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a structured environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
Work From Home Requirements
• Windows 10 laptop/PC (No Chromebooks)
• USB wired headset (no Bluetooth allowed)
• Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed (50 Mbps preferred shared connection)
• A stable wired internet connection is required
• Mobile hotspots cannot be used as a primary connection
Important
• U.S. Citizens only (no international background checks allowed)
• Some Saturday work required
• Reliability and attendance are critical to success
