Our proprietary digital product:Provides clients access to virtual therapy, anytime and anywhere: Bring families from assessment to therapy in as soon as 3 weeks without a waitlist or commuteImproves client outcomes: 97% of parents report dramatic improvements in their loved ones socially significant behaviorsConnects clients with expert care: Pair families with a dedicated, expert-level clinician who has a master's degree or PhD, board certification, and over 1,000 hours of supervised fieldworkGeorgia Based Clinical Care Provider - BCBA (Full-time + Part-time)Remote, Georgia, or within a 50 mile radius of state lineWe're seeking dedicated, full and part time BCBAs based in Georgia (or within a 50 mile radius of the state line) who are committed to delivering exceptional 1:1 therapy and parent training in an effort to advance our mission. As a BCBA at AnswersNow, you'll report to a Team Lead and be part of a team of BCBAs, allowing the opportunity to share best practices and receive day to day case management support. Our team operates fully remotely-meaning you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Georgia (or the surrounding area), and will never have to report on-site to provide client support.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and join a team that's reshaping autism therapy, we'd love to hear from you!What you'll doWork with a caseload of families/clients to:Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clientsProvide remote caregiver support and training to parents and other caregiversProvide remote direct therapy to clientsComplete required clinical documentation and review client records to ensure quality assuranceConduct remote assessments and develop an individualized treatment planConduct remote functional behavioral assessmentsConduct risk assessmentsWork with families to identify and evaluate barriers to effective care; collaborate with caregivers and clients (where feasible) to develop solutions to these barriersWork with an internal BCBA team to:Engage in coordination of care activities with relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are metRequirementsYou must live in the state of Georgia (or within a 50 mile radius of state lines)You must be a currently licensed Board Certified Behavior AnalystHave flexible availability to accommodate family scheduling needs (i.e., weekday evening availability and weekend availability)Adhere to the BACB ethical guidelines and any relevant state licensure guidelinesMinimum 6 months of BCBA experienceMust Reside in Contiguous United StatesPreferred Skills + ExperienceBasic technology skills, including proficiency with video conferencing software, scheduling and messaging appsComfortable with digital tools and platforms, and able to use them effectively to communicate with clients and colleagues.Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA- compliant professional workspace.Google Suite experience preferred.Experience with 4-5 different types of assessment tools including VBMAP, Ables and Vineland.Effective communication with colleagues, other providers, and supervisors.Ability to lead consecutive hour long sessions (sometimes 3 back to back) with clients and families.Job Type and ScheduleFull-time and Part-time, W-2 EmployeeAvailability Requirements: Need to be available to work 4 pm - 8 pm ETMust meet a billable hour threshold per weekActual hours will vary depending on client needsOur Benefits IncludeAt AnswersNow, you'll have the opportunity to be part of a company that is revolutionizing the ABA industry.
