Dice is a company seeking a Business Systems Analyst who will work closely with a team of functional and technical staff to meet business automation needs in Student Account Services. The role involves gathering and organizing data for reports, providing technical support and training to users, and serving as a liaison to the central Office of Information Technology.
Responsibilities
- Post-Implementation Support
- Provide hypercare support post go-live, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate continuous improvement
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Finance or IT projects
- Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting)
- Experience with Ellucian Banner system – particularly Banner Accounts Receivable and Finance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
- SQL
- Argos Reporting
