Responsibilities
- Build the partner marketing and customer advocacy motion for ElevenAgents
- Run partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company
- Shape narratives for any audience, from a case study to a conference keynote
- Identify the right customers and partners to build genuine advocacy at enterprise scale
- Measure what you build and communicate results clearly to leadership
- Set priorities and move fast without much process
Skills
- Have run partner co-marketing and/or customer advocacy programs at a high-growth B2B company, and know what moved the needle
- Are a natural storyteller and strong writer who can shape narratives for any audience, from a case study to a conference keynote
- Understand what it takes to build genuine advocacy at enterprise scale - identifying the right customers and partners, earning their trust, and making it easy for them to say yes
- Can measure what you build and communicate results clearly to leadership
- Work well without much process - this role is being built from scratch, and needs someone who sets their own priorities and moves fast
- Experience marketing AI agents, contact center technology, or developer tooling
