WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
──────────────────────────────
This role is for people who are comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen. Warm leads may be provided to top performers — but you should expect to drive your own pipeline through cold calling and outbound outreach. That is non-negotiable.
▸ Cold calling USA-based real estate agents, brokers, and decision makers
▸ Qualifying prospects and identifying their biggest pain points
▸ Booking and running discovery calls via Zoom or Google Meet
▸ Delivering compelling sales presentations and closing high-ticket deals
▸ Handling objections confidently and professionally
▸ Managing your pipeline and follow-ups inside GoHighLevel CRM
▸ Following up relentlessly — most deals close on the 5th to 12th touch
▸ Taking full ownership of your results — no pointing fingers, no waiting around
▸ Participating in team training, coaching calls, and performance reviews

✅ MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of B2B USA cold calling or sales experience
Strong spoken and written English — you'll be speaking with American business owners daily
Proven ability to handle objections and carry a sales conversation
Self-disciplined, target-driven, and accountable without supervision
Comfortable working in a 100% commission, performance-based environment
Reliable internet, quiet professional workspace, and camera-on for all calls
1099 contractor setup — you are responsible for your own taxes and expenses
