InHealth is the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, and they are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their Digital Product team. This role involves understanding customer challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with teams to deliver impactful digital products that enhance patient journeys.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of healthcare pathways, customer needs and operational workflows
- Identify opportunities where digital products can improve services, reduce manual processes and create better outcomes
- Support the Product Manager in shaping and maintaining the product roadmap based on evidence, customer value and business priorities
- Work collaboratively with Engineering teams to deliver iterative improvements and continuous value
- Help define product success by focusing on measurable outcomes rather than simply delivering features
- Build strong relationships with operational teams, customers and internal stakeholders
- Support product discovery, user research and problem-solving activities
- Monitor adoption of new digital solutions and identify opportunities for further improvement
- Contribute ideas that help shape future products and enhance the overall customer experience
