The Associate, Marketing Solutions will serve as the primary contact with automotive dealer contacts, performing sales, marketing, and consulting functions to achieve dealer marketing and customer retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with assigned dealer base, positioning as a trusted Consultant through in-depth program expertise and business acumen
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive enrollment, adoption, and campaign deployment based on dealer needs and performance goals
- Ability to meet / exceed assigned daily, monthly, yearly goals
- Lead strategic conversations with dealers to align program capabilities with revenue, retention, and customer engagement objectives
- Drive dealer participation in program offerings by educating, influencing, and guiding decision-making around campaign strategy and deployment
- Ensure timely activation and execution of campaigns, maintaining momentum from enrollment through ongoing engagement
- Develop and maintain customized marketing plans for each dealer, focused on maximizing performance, minimizing risk and achieving measurable outcomes
- Analyze performance trends, reporting, and market dynamics to provide actionable recommendations and optimization strategies
- Continuously refine dealer strategy through ongoing communication reviews and performance discussions
- Translate reporting insights into clear, actionable guidance for dealers to improve targeting, segmentation and engagement
- Maintain accurate and detailed dealer records, including communications, campaign activity, and performance tracking with CRM tool
- Review and approve dealer communications to ensure brand alignment, quality standards, and program compliance
- Implement quality control process for marketing materials, dealer selections and dealer originated copy
- Assist in the resolution of data issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in Marketing/Communications and 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service
- Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and can effectively present the information to management or customers
- Ability to perform effectively within a team environment is a must
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects is essential
- Must be able to work with all levels and backgrounds in a diverse workforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with sales, direct marketing, and creating/implementing marketing plans
