They are seeking an Associate Director of Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing systems and processes that drive performance and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing operations strategy and plan aligned with Canyon Ranch business objectives. Oversee campaign operations from planning through execution, measurement, and optimization
- Create scalable processes to continually improve campaign planning, execution, workflow management, and cross-functional collaboration. Build and maintain marketing project dashboards and executive reporting frameworks
- Own and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem, including marketing automation, DAM system, and CDP platforms and technologies
- Serve in a chief-of-staff capacity to the CMO
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing operations team
Skills
- Significant specialized experience with 6-10 years' experience in same or related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with Major in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
- Demonstrates in–depth understanding of evolving luxury hospitality and wellness industries
- Possesses strong understanding of web, mobile, and digital marketing technologies
- Knowledge of financial principles, practices and procedures
- Master's degree or equivalent experience
