As an Apple Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, collaborating with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune, and serving as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune and utilize the Intune console to manage iPads
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof-of-concept exercises
- Perform duties as requested by management and document and troubleshoot any reported issues
- Develop and maintain strong relationships within the IT department and stay up-to-date on Corporate and IT policies and procedures
- Develop excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative thinking in troubleshooting techniques, and solid customer service and follow-up skills
- Comply with defined ITIL processes and contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical support
Requirements:
- Experience supporting iPads in an enterprise environment is required
- Experience working with Intune is required
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferred
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
