The Good Hands Rescue Network Onboarding Consultant I is responsible for supporting the onboarding process for candidates interested in joining GHRN, which includes engaging with candidates, responding to inquiries, and coordinating skills validation appointments.

- Engage with candidates through proactive follow-up outreach to support their interest in joining the Good Hands Rescue Network
- Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals seeking information or assistance with the application process
- Guide qualified gig‑work candidates through the onboarding journey, ensuring they complete all required steps efficiently and successfully
- Assess candidate roadside assistance tools and equipment to verify they meet established safety and performance standards
- Coordinate and schedule skills validation appointments for candidates progressing through the Good Hands Rescue Network onboarding process
