Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bond Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Governance and Compliance department. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and executive support, manage complex schedules, and assist in various compliance-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Independently be responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external personnel, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex risk management and compliance meetings
- Processing applications and credentialing of various students from different schools for clinical and nonclinical rotations
- Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the Chief compliance officer/Risk manager and administrative officers
- Assist Partners with preparation of presentation materials
- Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mails
- Assist with the preparation of training materials for Risk management, Emergency management, compliance and others
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
- Assist with organizing various electronic physical folders on policies and polices, contracts, and insurances
- Assist the Compliance Officer in maintaining compliance data base of staff OIG exclusion, NPDB, Contracts/MOU's, organizational and other agency insurances
- Capable of utilizing resources and working knowledge of computerized systems
- Assist in contacting patients and documenting as needed for complaint resolution
- Assist in organizing student's orientation under the directive of Chief compliance officer/Risk Manager
- Will be able to work with diverse people and diverse ideas
- Must possess good communication skills both verbally and non-verbally
- Will attend meeting or training to become a more valued staff member
- Expected to adhere to the Code of Ethics and professional standards as required by his/her respective field
- Will model the mission of the CHC; be a person of integrity and trust and be a team player in all facets of the job

- A minimum of an associate degree or two years' experience
