Responsibilities
- Design high-impact consulting proposals and leadership interventions grounded in the Adaptive Leadership model
- Facilitate leadership processes, workshops, and learning cycles that address adaptive challenges and enable real change
- Serve as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, enabling courageous conversations, shared ownership, and sustained results
Skills
- Experience applying the Adaptive Leadership model in complex organizational contexts
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping leaders navigate tension and resistance
- View leadership as a practice—not a position
