About This Role
The Third-Party Marketplace Account Manager position is chartered with acquiring, developing, and managing high-value accounts that expand our product selection, enhance pricing competitiveness, and deliver unparalleled convenience to our customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying product selection gaps, executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and attracting key marketplace players to join our platform.
You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seller success, resolve challenges, and drive growth. This is a hands-on role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Account Manager at arenaflex, you will:
• Develop Deep Market Expertise: Build a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global developments, and competitive activities. You'll monitor industry trends, analyze market dynamics, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prospect and Acquire High-Potential Sellers: Identify, approach, and onboard high-caliber sellers to our platform through direct sales outreach, virtual events, and compelling presentations. You'll be the face of arenaflex to potential marketplace partners.
• Guide Sellers Toward Success: Share best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives. You'll act as a trusted advisor, empowering sellers to thrive on our platform.
• Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor challenges. You'll work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, operations, and product to ensure seller satisfaction and platform excellence.
• Drive Growth Initiatives: Execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players and maximize our product selection and customer base. You'll be instrumental in expanding our third-party marketplace footprint.
• Analyze and Optimize: Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure performance, and continuously improve seller outcomes. You'll be comfortable working with complex economic data and translating insights into action.
