Summary
We are hiring a motivated Account Coordinator to support customer accounts and assist with daily coordination tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing responsibilities through communication platforms.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and communication tools
• Assist with account updates, scheduling, and routine coordination activities
• Maintain accurate customer and account records within internal systems
• Monitor pending requests and provide timely follow-up support
• Work closely with internal teams to support efficient account activities
Requirements
• Experience in customer support, account coordination, or administrative experience is beneficial
• Familiar with computers, CRM platforms, and collaboration software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent required
