**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and create raving fans for our brand. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always looking for ways to improve and innovate, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns to senior team members when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customer queries
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Schedule and Work Environment**
* Work from home in a secure and quiet environment with a strong internet connection
* Flexible schedule with 4 days of work per week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday)
* 10-hour shifts with breaks and time for meals
* arenaflex will provide all necessary equipment, including computers, software, and headsets

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 60 days of employment
* Quarterly bonus opportunities based on individual and team performance
* 2 weeks of paid time off per year, plus paid holidays

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
* Knowledge of the lighting industry or related fields
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
