At Wealthbox, we serve thousands of financial advisors with our modern CRM software, which provides an easy way to manage client relationships, organize and execute workflow processes, and collaborate with a team in a powerful and beautiful software solution.
Wealthbox is seeking a Relationship Manager (RM) to join our growing team. As a Wealthbox RM, you will own strategic, multi-office and enterprise customer relationships (large RIAs, broker-dealers, and wealth platforms). You’ll be the primary point of contact post-sale—driving adoption, renewals, and expansion—while orchestrating cross-functional resources to deliver measurable business outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the executive-facing relationship owner for a book of accounts; lead regular check-ins, QBRs, and success plans to ensure outcomes and ROI
• Coordinate with Support, Product, and Marketing to deliver successful rollouts
• Proactively monitor account health, usage, and adoption; build playbooks to increase engagement and reduce time-to-value
• Lead renewal strategy and execution; forecast retention, mitigate risk, and consistently achieve net retention targets
• Identify and close expansion opportunities (expansion, upgrades and add-on products) in partnership with Sales
• Advocate for customers internally; synthesize feedback and influence product roadmap, integrations, and support processes
• Navigate enterprise processes (security reviews, legal/procurement, data migrations, and integrations) with professionalism and urgency
• Represent Wealthbox at webinars, events, and partner initiatives; showcase best practices and measurable outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities, forecasts, and account plans in CRM; report on KPIs to leadership
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Experience in managing strategic accounts in SaaS; FinTech/WealthTech or financial-services clients strongly preferred
• Proven track record hitting renewal, NDR, and expansion targets at SMB-to-Mid-Market or Enterprise scale
• Experience running multi-threaded relationships across executives, operations, compliance, and IT/security
• Skilled at leading complex deployments and change management across many offices and users
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across email, phone, and video; confident facilitating executive QBRs
• Proficiency with CRM technology and analytics to manage relationships, adoption, and forecasting
• Helpful, consultative mindset with the ability to translate the features and value of Wealthbox into business outcomes
• Responsible, ethical, and customer-obsessed; collaborative teammate who raises the bar
Work schedule
• Full-time, weekdays during business hours (fully remote)
• Occasional travel for industry conferences and company offsite events
Benefits
• Competitive compensation
• Comprehensive health plan coverage
• 401k plan
• Paid time off
