Job Description:
• Provide system-level leadership and direction for all Supply Chain operations within assigned markets
• Leverage and oversee relevant technology and software applications to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across facilities
• Plan, organize, and direct the capital budgeting process for the market
• Maintain fiscal responsibility for all market Supply Chain Management departments
• Support system-wide strategic sourcing initiatives for supplies and purchased services
• Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on product standardization, process improvement, and cost savings
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures that align with corporate directives
• Achieve broad stakeholder engagement by participating in cross-functional teams
• Mentor, coach, and develop staff members
• Establish measurable performance goals for departments and teams
Requirements:
• 5 years of management or supervisory experience in supply chain or purchasing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field, or in lieu of degree, 10 years of progressive Supply Chain Management experience may be substituted
• Experience within a multi-facility healthcare organization (preferred)
• 2 years of experience working within a healthcare ERP system (Workday, Infor/Lawson, or equivalent) (preferred)
• Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) (preferred)
