Key Purpose
As a Regional Account Manager, you will serve as a visible, strategic leader, guiding multiple account operations while fostering a culture that is both people-first and performance-driven.

What You Bring
10+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food service
Proven success managing complex operations with P&L accountability
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or equivalent experience
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, people-first approach
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to prioritize, execute, and lead through complexity
A passion for delivering outstanding client and employee experiences

ISS offers full-time employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance, as well as a comprehensive leave program based on employment status. The annual salary range for this position is $165000.00 per year - $183000.00 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the abovementioned range.
