Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles. This fully remote position is perfect for a driven individual who thrives on building relationships, understanding client needs, and placing the right candidates in the right roles.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer and placement
Source and attract candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering against deadlines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and CRM systems
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with ATS platforms (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar)
Target-driven with a passion for people and talent matching
Ability to manage high volumes of roles and candidates simultaneously
Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Relevant degree or diploma in HR, Psychology, or Business preferred
Salary: R28,000/month | 100% Remote
