Recruiter for U.S. Healthcare Hiring
We are a multi-location U.S. healthcare organization hiring at scale. We are seeking an offshore recruiter who can execute high-volume, rules-based recruiting for U.S.-based clinical and administrative roles.
This is an execution role. It is not advisory, not strategic, and not a coaching position.

Core Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting using strict hiring criteria
High-volume sourcing (posting + outbound messaging)
Structured screening interviews using scripts and scorecards
Immediate disqualification when deal-breakers are met
Accurate ATS documentation and candidate tracking
Daily and weekly recruiting metrics reporting
Proactive pipeline ownership (no passive recruiting)
Required Experience
2+ years recruiting for U.S.-based roles
High-volume hiring experience
Strong spoken and written English
Experience with ATS systems (UKG or similar preferred)
Comfortable working with strict KPIs and pass/fail rules
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
