About the Role
MC3 Partners is an RPO firm supporting federal defense and intelligence community clients. We are hiring a Recruiter / Sourcer to manage full cycle recruiting for cleared and non cleared roles across our client accounts. This role owns candidate identification, screening, and pipeline management from initial sourcing through offer.
ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer
Source candidates using boolean strings, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS
Screen and evaluate candidates against client requirements and clearance criteria
Write clear, accurate candidate summaries and submit qualified candidates to clients
Track pipeline activity and maintain up to date candidate records in the ATS
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidates through offer and close
Partner with account managers to understand client priorities and adjust sourcing strategy
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future openings
Qualifications3 to 8 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing
Demonstrated success managing a full requisition pipeline independently
Strong boolean search and sourcing skills across multiple platforms
Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once in a fast paced environment
Preferred QualificationsExperience recruiting within an RPO environment
Experience recruiting for GovCon clients supporting federal defense or intelligence agencies
Experience recruiting candidates holding active clearances up to TS/SCI with polygraph
