Assisting Hands of Chester County South is looking for a motivated and people-focused Recruiter / Administrative professional to join our growing team in Kennett Square, PA. Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver and support staff positions
Post job listings across job boards, social media, and community platforms to attract top talent
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from application through onboarding
Maintain accurate employee and applicant records in HR and scheduling systems
Support day-to-day administrative operations including phones, filing, and correspondence
Coordinate background checks, references, and new hire documentation
Assist with employee retention efforts and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Prior experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new software systems
Experience in home care, healthcare, or a service-based industry is a plus
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
