An established firm based in Washington, D.C. with over 25 years in practice is seeking an experienced
Receptionist
with
2+ years of front-desk or office experience
to support a busy
plaintiff personal injury
practice in
Washington, D.C.
This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, callers, and visitors, requiring a polished and professional presence in a high-volume legal environment.
Offer:
Salary range: $50,000-$60,000+ depending on experience

Qualifications:
2+ years of receptionist or front-office experience, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
Familiarity with high-call-volume environments and multi-line phone systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-facing demeanor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities
Responsibilities:
Answering and routing a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greeting clients and visitors and managing the front-desk experience
Scheduling appointments, maintaining conference room calendars, and coordinating meetings
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and intake paperwork
Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff and assisting with general office operations as needed
