Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and calls for the team
Manage shared inboxes and route correspondence to the correct departments
Greet and assist virtual visitors via video call platforms
Maintain accurate contact lists, digital records, and filing systems
Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
Ensure all interactions reflect the professional standards of the organisation
Qualifications and Experience
1+ year of experience in a receptionist, front-desk, or administrative role
Friendly and professional communication style — both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
Presentable and confident on video calls when required
Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly or Google Calendar is advantageous
Matric certificate required
Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote
