We are a fast-growing real estate team in New Jersey looking for a highly organized and proactive CRM Manager / ISA to manage and qualify leads inside Lofty CRM.
This is NOT a cold-calling role only. We need someone who understands lead management, follow-up, qualification, and pipeline organization.
Responsibilities:
Call, text, and follow up with leads inside Lofty CRM
Qualify buyers and sellers properly
Categorize leads into Hot / Warm / Nurture / Dead
Update notes and lead statuses daily
Set appointments for the agent
Re-engage old leads in the database
Maintain a clean and organized CRM
Follow up consistently with nurture leads
Requirements:
Previous real estate ISA or CRM management experience
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable making outbound calls
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience with Lofty CRM preferred
Must provide daily KPI reports
Daily KPIs:
Calls made
Conversations
Qualified leads
Appointments set
Follow-up tasks completed
